Cameroon is a country with approximately 20 million inhabitants, situated in West-Central Africa. It borders Nigeria to the west; Chad to the northeast; the Central African Repunlic to the east; and Ecuatorial Guinea, Gabon, and the Republic of Congo to the south.
The Cameroonese community in Belgium is very active and is located in Brussels, Leuven, Antwerpen, Luik, Louvain-La-Neuve. Many Cameroonese come to Belgium to study, and settle afterwards in this country while they maintain strong ties with their country of origin.

CCEY-CA (Centre de Création d'Entreprises de Yaoundé-Consultants Associés) was created in 1989 as a project of the Canadian-Cameroonese cooperation. It has worked independantly since 1998, and has collaborated with various european NGO's such as PMIE (France), CIRE and OCIV (Belgium) in projects assisting migrants to return and reintegrate to Cameroon.
CCEY is a private consultant agency, and owns a micro-finance organization called CCEY-FUND. Our partner in CCEY is Mr. Dalle Biack, consultant, who has been collaborating with European NGO's for years in the field of voluntary return. He was trained in Business Management, in Laval University, Quebec, Canada. Mr. Dalle Biack travels extensively in Cameroon to visit our different beneficiaries in Buea, Bamenda, Douala and Yaounde. He is also responsable for the constitution of a local reception network and for managing contacts with the cameroonese authorities.
Mr. Biack already participated to 2 partner weeks and 1 african partners meeting in Brussels.

In October 2009, Anne Dussart and Thomas Jézéquel visited our partner in Cameroon, and met, among others, two returnees in very different situations.
